Getting Wrong Data When using Zapier "Scheudle Published" Trigger

All items are set up correctly but wondering if i do in fact need a webhook subscription for this instant trigger even though it says i do not.

I am putting in all correct info but it ONLY asks for company ID and returns incorrect company and deparmtnet IDs that do not exist in any of my locations. The date of the returned Data is from 2022 which is weird as well.

Anyone ran into an issue like this or have ideas?
