In the 7shifts developer tools there is a dropdown that lists the versions of the api and there are versions for 2026-05-01-stable but when I look at the change log it listed the most recent as 2025-03-01? https://developers.7shifts.com/changelog

Are there new endpoints that have been added that aren't documented yet? Specifically, I'm looking for an endpoint to query and update an employees time off.
