Higher Me integration

I am looking at the integrations page in 7shifts and Higher Me, and it states the following:

Once your locations have been attached, you'll need to connect your jobs across both systems. The process is similar to attaching a location!

Each job needs to be classified with a position: Employee, Manager, or Assistant Manager.
If your HigherMe job already has a wage listed, we will automatically pass that wage information over to 7shifts. Otherwise, you can enter a wage on this screen to override the wage set on your HigherMe job.
You'll need to define the wage type: Salaried or Hourly.
In 7 shifts, we have the following locations:

Locations

Banquets and Catering
Glenn's Cafe
The Tiger Hotel
Twain: Missouri BBQ & Taproom
Vault
Wilder Coffeehouse

Since we only have "one" location in Higher Me for all entities within The Tiger Hotel, will this present an issue during integration?

Also, we do tend to have "rehires" who may have already had a profile in 7shifts. If they apply for a role in Higher Me and we mark them 'Hired" will this present an issue with integrating, as they will already have an inactive profile in 7Shifts
