How to GET user SOC Code

How to GET a list of employees' Hours Worked, Total Unemployment Insurance Paid, SOC Code, and SSN for Department of Employment and Workforce Quarterly report? I cannot find a standard report or API endpoint that provides SSN or SOC Code.
