Hi 7shifts team,

Since about a week we're noticing issues when using the /shifts endpoint to fetch scheduling. We fetch shifts modified in the last X amount of time (usually no more than 2 days back) with, for example:

{{BASE_URL}}/shifts?limit=200&modified_since=2026-10-09T12:30:00Z

This endpoint now times out and stops working when we fetch for more than about 6 hours back, though there's no stable threshold and instead seems to be based on the number of shifts in the queried time period.

The error 500 response we receive is:
