Shifts API returning HTTP 500 | Company 9404

We’re setting up read-only schedule access for Thomas Restaurant Group, company ID 9404, but the shifts endpoint keeps returning HTTP 500. Our API token authenticates, and location and role lookups work for all three stores.

Failing endpoint:
GET https://api.7shifts.com/v2/company/9404/shifts

Request details:

  • API version header: x-api-version: 2026-01-01
  • Locations tested: Springboro (14950) and Centerville (15269)
  • start[gte]=2026-10-18T04:00:00Z
  • start[lte]=2026-10-19T03:59:59Z
  • limit=25
    Four one-day tests using start-range and overlap filters returned HTTP 500 between 20:23:26 and 20:24:31 UTC on October 28. Full-week requests for October 18–24 also failed across all three stores.

Can you check our account’s schedule API access and investigate these errors? Please route this to your API team if needed. We’re looking to read schedules for staffing analysis, not make changes.
