Two questions on Optimal Labor.

First, what is the correct way to adjust the Target? We have a labor goal set in the Optimal Labor setup, but the recommendation does not appear to change based on the Sales % I enter in the Labor Target field in the optimal labor settings. The two settings seem disconnected.

The result is an hour suggestion that does not come close to hitting the target labor %. In several cases it is calling 3 to 4 people optimal while the schedule is still over budget, and hours could clearly be cut without dropping below what the volume requires. I want to understand whether I am configuring this wrong or whether the tool is not actually solving to the target.

Second, is there a roadmap for expanding Optimal Labor? Specifically: rules such as minimum people required per shift or daypart, and target functionality beyond labor % (SPLH, hours per cover, or similar).
