long-lived api access tokens... (2nd attempt)

greetings, when I create an Access Token in Developer Tools and capture the JWT from the network response, the token contains an [exp] field that expires in ~1 hour. according to your docs Access Tokens should be long-lived.
is there a configuration issue with our account or is the Developer Tools UI issuing OAuth tokens instead of Access Tokens?
