The do it yourself token is not working for our payroll integration...is there any other way to get a GUID token?

I would like to pull a list of open ("house") shifts available for a given time frame.

Is there any way for the "open Shifts" on a built schedule to be accounted for in the total schedule hours section? We have a couple open shifts a week and before they are picked up they do not count int the scheduled hours reporting even though they are built into the schedules assumed to be picked up.

any help appreciated.

I have several locations i am trying to integrate and map but for whatever reason for one when i connect it, it pulls employees from another unrelated location. I have contacted support and confirmed they all have different GUIDs and disconnected and reconnected multiple times but have not had any success. I was told to ask here for help.

When passing start[lte], start[gte], end[lte], or end[gte] parameters, consider the offset passed. Previously we ignored the offset and treated all datetimes as local location time

I am using this with the shifts endpoint.

Could you make it so shift notes are preserved when shifts are transferred/traded?
