Employee Performance Logs

I'm trying to pull the log book posts and employee performance logs from the API. We're able to get posts from the log_book_posts endpoint for standard categories ( eg. Shift Notes ), but the same endpoint returns 0 results for the engage_performance_logs category. We're able to see entries in the Manager Log Book in the per-employee view in the application itself, but can't find where these logs can be pulled on a per-employee basis. We've also tried the shift_feedback and engage_overview routes with no luck.

how to get the "holiday_hours" when calling a report API endpoint- v2/reports/hours_and_wages

Hi there,
in my 7shit account I have a custom holiday setup at the location level, still I am not able to get the holiday hours populated in the API reposnse when the datarange includes that holiday.

Where can I get the Client ID and Client Secret for OAuth integration

We are trying to integrate 7shifts to pull date to display to the dashboard we are creating and the system is asking us to get the Client ID and Secret. However, not sure where we can get that.

Overtime and Regular Pay in time punches API?

I was working to pull in time-punches API data; how to segregate the data into regular pay and overtime?

Can't (officially) approve/unapprove a time punch?

The API docs never showed it but changing the approval status of a time punch was always possible. Recently our customers have been seeing issues with trying to unapprove punches. Turns out this is no (longer) availabe.

I'm trying to contact support. The support page says live chat can be accessed on the side bar at the bottom of the screen. However I don't see this option. How am I supposed to start a live chat?

The DVP of technology is inherent to its scalability - why only support admin level API when it constricts C-Suite's ability to delegate tasks?

In many respects I very much enjoy the 7shifts experience and what the app does well it really nails. However, the reality of an industry who is so diffuse in their tech stack is that an inability to be interoperable, compatible and flexible towards the material reality of the customer won't lock them in in an apple like way, but instead encourage them to jump ship to services who will allow for that flexibility.
